Church Information Welcome to Freedom Baptist Online! We are thrilled to know that you are interested in the ministries of Freedom. Freedom is located in the foothills of NC, about 20 minutes west from Statesville, NC and 30 minutes north of Hickory, NC. We are Independent Fundamental Baptist Church. Church Services Sunday School 10am Sunday Morning Worship Service 11am Sunday Night Service 7pm Wednesday Night Bible Study 7pm Thursday Night Visitation 7pm Saturday Morning Bus Meeting 9am Saturday Night Prayer Meeting 9pm Church Ministries Bus Ministry We currently have 5 running buses that go out into the Highways and Hedges to pick up kids and adults so they can come to church. Resthome Ministries Our church goes to area rest homes on a weekly basis to give the gospel. There we sing, preach and enjoy good fellowship. Children's Church Our church currently has two childrens' churches. Jr. Church is for ages 6-12. Jr Jr. Church is for kids ages 3-5. The sermons are preached on a level so the kids may understand. This is an exciting ministry! CD and Tape Ministry Every service at Freedom Baptist is recorded in high quality on CD's and cassette tapes. These tapes and CD's are literally sent around the world. You may visit our Tape and CD Ministry web page to order sermons. Youth Choir Our church is blessed to have a wonderful youth choir. It consists of about 50 youths ranging in age from 4 to 30. The Youth Choir sings every Sunday night and they also travel to other churches when requested. |
